My miserable state of health

i'm in a miserable state of health.
i have a sore throat, runny nose, which of course comes with the scrapes on your nostrils from not having the right brand of tissues on hand...
but!
i went to tae-kwon-do yesterday
ate california rolls. how many you ask? NOT TELLING.
i'm not open for critisism right now. haha
lydia is singing everything i type ...
so i'll go now.
